I am delighted to introduce our new course over at the 'personal study' page, called Neurothriving.

This course can be seen as a guidebook to thriving as a neurodivergent person, based on my own experience, and the therapeutic work I do with talk therapy clients.

It’s for anyone who is (or thinks they may be) autistic; as well as anyone who wants to learn more about the neurodivergent experience in general.
